No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Given the nature of our products and the care taken in their creation, once an order is purchased, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds. We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and images carefully before completing a purchase. Order Cancellations

All orders at Priya Patil Studio are made-to-order and processed against prepaid payment. As production begins as soon as an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please write to us at info@priyapatil.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.
